A look back at an inspiring sales training session at EK Living

On Monday 23 March, the annual sales training took place in Amersfoort for the second year running, led by Richard Beune of Salespiration. It was an intensive and informative day, during which an enthusiastic group of participants actively worked on strengthening their sales skills.

The theme of the day was “Conversion & Closing”, the key to successful sales. During the training, various topics were covered, such as powerful closing techniques, asking the right budget questions, cross-selling and upselling, reversed selling, effective follow-up and truly connecting with the customer.

The day was characterised by high energy and practical exercises, providing participants with immediately applicable insights and tools for their daily work.
